As part of its 65th Anniversary celebration, the SLAA board is offering a free children’s art class at the San Leandro Senior Center, 13909 E. 14th Street. This class is for children five years old and above and will be held on November 12, noon to 3:00pm. Limited to 20, an RSVP is required. We will be providing the supplies for the class and light snacks. The students will be learning about acrylic pour which involves pouring numerous colors of acrylic paint on to a canvas, then swirling the colors to create unique patterns, resulting in a one-of-a-kind art piece.
